Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The safety seal must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be resold.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
