Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We deliver all orders using Royal Mail First Class.
Estimated Delivery Time
- 1–2 working days from dispatch
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and external factors outside of our control.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Saturday) are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Costs
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.40
- FREE UK Delivery on orders over £40
Delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery Issues & Delays
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, or if it has been delayed beyond 7–10 working days, please contact us at: info@sqroot.co.uk
We will investigate the issue directly with the courier and keep you updated throughout the process.
Lost or Missing Orders
If an order is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Please note:
- We may need to allow the courier’s investigation period to complete before issuing a replacement or refund.
- Accurate delivery details must be provided at checkout to avoid delays or loss.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect address
- Failure to collect from a delivery location
- Refusal of delivery
We may need to charge a reshipping fee before sending the order again.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.
